Water Baby

Today Chaz enjoyed playing in his "command center" (Daddy calls it that). We brought it outside and poured some water in it. He really got splashing at times. I think he is going to love the pool this summer!! He is pretty worn out between splashing and his walk in the wagon at daycare with his friends.

Happy 1st Easter

This Easter we were in the big town (Spencer, IA) for Easter with Grandma and Grandpa Walk. Chaz enjoyed squeeling loudly at church - it was pretty funny because he seemed so proud of himself. And he enjoyed a book read by Grandma. He was pretty good all weekend and very relaxed when we went out for dinner, it may have had something to do with the TV right in his line of view.

I am so excited for Chaz to someday understand why we celebrate Easter. Life just keeps getting better as he develops a personality - and boy does he have one!

Chaz is chillin'

Here's just one quick one before he left for daycare. He was just so cute that morning (like every morning) and I just want to cuddle him all day long! I love that boy!!

Teether

Our poor little manny has been teething this week. His "eye tooth" was working on coming in, but has now stopped for awhile. The doc (we saw this weekend for a cold and ear infection) thought that the top teeth would be the first. He has handled it pretty well so far. In other Chaz news toes are still the "in" thing. He also is getting really good at eating his rice cereal and next week he will be trying sweet potatoes (homemade by Mom) for the first time..and we will all be exploring a whole new frontier on the diaper end of things:)

Play Date

Chaz and Fitz...just the names of these two sound like they will be up to no good together in no time! We enjoyed Cassie and Fitz visiting after work this week. The boys are 6 days a part and we spent lots of time hanging and mall walking over maternity leave. We can't wait for warm weather when we can walk after work:)

4 months! Wow!

Here are some pictures of the big 4 month appt. Chaz did great, but Mom was about in tears during the shots! Chaz is almost rollling from back to front and really enjoys anything in his mouth but his rice cereal:) Go figure...He is really becoming more fun as he laughs and is more engaging. Oh, he is also beginning to discover his feet and is a big fan of them so far.
